ESPN reported Saturday that Adams injured the index finger on his throwing hand and has been icing it throughout the week.

Adams has said he intends to play Saturday night when Oregon faces Michigan State at 8 p.m. in East Lansing.
Adams went 19-of-25 for 246 yards and two touchdowns in his first start at quarterback for Oregon in the post-Marcus Mariota era.
