Tomic is alleged to have refused to decrease the music level thrice from his penthouse room in the early hours of Wednesday morning. The guests had left, but the two-time ATP Tour winner was taken to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
Court and jail records did not list an attorney for the controversial Australian. This is not the first time that he has been in the news for wrong reasons.
